A nice place to stay with family
It was clean, comfy, with a nice view. We had a kitchen with everything we could posibly need. Kids enjoyed their own room. Sauna in room was nice and clean. Property is silent and private. There was a washing machine and a dryer, which was very nice and helpful for a 3-day family stay. Breakfast was nice with some vegan options as well (plant milk, joghurt, cheese etc)
No air conditioning in rooms. Spa area was cold, some showers were not working and there were too many people. Got a sheet of paper at reception which stated that final cleaning is included in room price, BUT You have to clean your own room and take out the trash bags or You will be charged additional 100eur so our last morning was all about cleaning our room and leaving it spotless. Play tables near the reception area was faulty - You pay 2 euros for 8min game, but the game ends when You achieve 8goals even if it takes only a minute! Tried multiple tables and all had the same problem, kids were very disappointed about this..

Very Good
The chalets were well equipped. I was really impressed by the facilities provided at our room. The hotel was super clean
The chalets were a bit far away from the spa, restaurants, playground, etc. The options for the breakfast were limited (if not too limited) I was expecting a larger spa with more slides or so. However, the design was very good and relaxing.

Good and relaxing location
- location of the hotel - spa is included in the price - cafe inside the spa - good price/quality balance (if room is not in the largest (see comment in the next box)
- we reserved the largest room and the most expensive one. One would expect better quality for such money. However, our room (1107) located on the first floor was quite noisy because basically it was in the corridor leading to reception, restaurant, and other facilities. Noise from corridor started already at 7.30 in the morning or so. Also, people are constantly walking outside just in front of the room. - even though breakfast offers wide variety of food, most of it is not cooked by a restaurant and just taken from packages (waffles, biscuits, juices). - dinner buffet is overpriced. It was 30e in the Easter time and we would not pay this amount next time. Better go to a cafe (kahvilla). - it was a big surprise that for some reason spa does not allow wearing swimming shorts for men and it is not mentioned anywhere within/after reservation of a room. It is not complicated to include this information to the automatic message after a booking confirmation. It is written that it is possible to rent but even bigger surprise that you realize that nobody controls it. So, basically, some people could pay for the rent and figure out in the spa that they could just go in the swimming shorts. Hotel should really work on it better.
